This category is tough since I don't have a "consistent" favorite band. But I have always loved these bands and these songs from them.

The Real Slim Shady
by Eminem

Actually, it's not really a secret that I adore Eminem (yes, until now). But knowing every word to this rap song, considering that I loathe hiphop, is another thing. Way back in high school, I used to print out the lyrics of his every song and memorized it while I played his music on my cassette.

Never Ever
by All Saints.

Yes, every word, every pause, even the accent, even the change in voices. :D

Love You More Today Than Yesterday
by Goldfinger.

07.07.08, Rj's 21st birthday.
Surprise birthday party prepared by his family.
The first time we danced. And yes, to this tune.
And yes, the first and last dance we ever had.
We wondered why his cousins played this song. We never told anybody that this was "our" song.
First time I've listened to this song after 1 year and 9 months.
And just amazing, this post has to fall on the SEVENTH day.

And... Today is the 17th.

Series of fortunate (?!) coincidences? Hmmm

Adventureland.

I couldn't pick just one song because there are a lot of songs that make me cry even for no apparent reason. Sometimes it depends on the lyrics, sometimes on the tune or melody of the song. Even happy songs turn out sad for me because it makes me remember good memories or significant events with important people whom I've lost somehow.

Endless, A Silent Whisper
by Urbandub.

I particularly remember frequently visiting Anya's Friendster profile as Benjo left for Canada some 2 years ago. This song was playing on background while they were exchanging bittersweet comments about making their complicated LDR work.

With Or Without You
by U2.

If you watched the sitcom FRIENDS, you will know that this song was played when Ross and Rachel broke up. I could relate very well to Ross and Rachel because while I was watching this episode, I was also nursing a broken heart. Also, I chose this video because it gives me the shivers when Bono laid on the stage with that lovely girl and serenaded her with this song. This makes me so envious that I wouldn't actually mind how old Bono is. I want this song be sang for me too. :(

Somewhere Out There.

This song played repeatedly on my MP3 when Janjan left. :(

Almost Lover
by A Fine Frenzy

For Kiko, may you RIP. I miss you all the time.

Skyline Drive
by Mae

Just listen to it...

Woohoo!

Together In Electric Dreams
by Phil Oakley

I just love listening to New Wave, it makes me feel young and carefree.

Song 2
by Blur.

Woohoo! This song gets me in the mood for anything extreme or fun. It makes me giddy and excited. :D

Fake Tales Of San Francisco
by Arctic Monkeys

Arctic Monkeys music makes me want to sing in a British accent.
